Consideration and Vote on Building Paint Color Choice

Owners have chosen Amazing Gray for the new building color. Thirty-six (36) owners voted, fifteen (15) owners voted for Balanced Beige, twenty-one (21) owners voted for Amazing Gray, one (1) owner wrote in a color, four (4) owners did not vote; one (1) proxy received did not have a signature and one (1) proxy received did not check the vote, which invalidated both proxies.

Consideration and Vote on Pooling SIRS Reserves

Owners have chosen to pool the SIRS Reserves. Thirty-six (38) owners voted, thirty-seven (37) owners voted for pooling, one (1) owner voted against pooling, three (3) owners did not vote; one (1) proxy received did not check the vote which invalidated the proxy.
