Lorri Hill, Royale Management, began to record the minutes.

The notice of Recurring Board meeting was posted on 11/22/2014 by Royale Management.

Motion made by Barbara McCall to waive the reading of 1/30/2015 Minutes and approve.  Seconded by Pierre Forget.  All in Favor: Dan Creedon,  Pierre Forget, Barbara McCall, Barbara Ellis, Dennis Rosenfeld, Sharon Dowling, Tom Cassidy. All Opposed: None.

Officer Reports:

• None

Construction Updates:

• 01 stack swing stage will be moved Friday or Monday (2/13 or 2/16)
• Topping slab is almost complete
• Screen options:

1. 2 Panel:  8-12 weeks, $25k
2. 3 Panel:  2-4 weeks, no cost
3. 4 Panel:  4-6 weeks, cost $?
4. 2 Panel:  divided so that when the 3 panel SGD is opened, the center is larger with no posts.  (Sheet of the Options)

• Motion made by Pierre forget to investigate the additional configuration options (time, permitting and costs) for the west elevation screens.  Seconded by Tom Cassidy.  All in Favor:  Dan Creedon, Pierre Forget, Barbara McCall, Dennis Rosenfeld, Sharon Dowling, Tom Cassidy.  All Opposed:  None (Barbara Ellis had left the meeting before this vote was taken).
