Certifying of Quorum & Call to Order

Organizational Meeting called to order by Jill Koch at 2:16p.m on Zoom. 

Jill Koch thanked the 2020 Board of Directors for all of their outstanding hard work, extraordinary efforts, and dedications they have contributed to the association. Jill Koch announced the members remain the same as roll over board.

Nominations

Sharon Dowling appointed Dan Creedon to sit on the board.

Peter Tedone nominated Sharon Dowling to sit on the board as president. Anna Enrico seconded.  Sharon Dowling accepted.  Passed unanimously.

Sharon Dowling nominated Peter Tedone to sit on the board as vice-president.  Barbara Ellis seconded- Peter Tedone accepted.  Passed unanimously.

Sharon Dowling nominated Dan Creedon to sit on the board as secretary.  Rik Shafer seconded.  Dan Creedon accepted.  Passed unanimously.

Sharon Dowling nominated Anna Enrico to sit on the board as treasurer.  Barbara Ellis seconded- Anna Enrico accepted.  Passed unanimously.
