Rick Goldfarb of JK Property Management began to record the minutes.

Proof of Notice of Meeting

The notice of the board meeting was posted and emailed on May 16, 2020.

Reading and Approval of the Previous Meeting Minutes

Motion to waive the reading of the minutes and approve the minutes from April 20, 2020 made by Barbara Ellis. Motion was seconded by Peter Tedone. Motion passed unanimously.

Sewer Pipe Project

After having multiple backups, the board requested proposals to look into the pipes for backups or possibly a broken line. The board has requested proposals from multiple vendors and we already have received multiple plumbing proposals. The first quote we received was for approximately $50,000.

The board spoke about the possibility to get a small business loan to fund the repair.

Motion was made to investigate acquiring a small business loan made by Peter Tedone and seconded by Anna Enrico, Motion passed unanimously.

Open Forum

Unit owner stated that the board should get more information on the SBA loan before moving forward with the loan.
