A 3′ vertical crack has been discovered in the 2 stack kitchen sink waste pipe at the sixth floor level. Unit owners in the 2 stack have been notified of the situation. The entire waste pipe will be replaced. Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling has been hired to do this work which is starting Monday, July 23, 2018. A permit has been applied for but the work can begin immediately because it is an emergency.
