• The building is structurally okay
• Roof appears okay
• The building only lost power for short periods of time
• Satellite dishes took a lot of damage and are likely destroyed
• Mark has been working on clearing debris along with his regular duties
• Genset is working on the fire alarm system issues caused by the short power outages
• Due to having power, the generator never needed to kick in to power the elevator
• The pool company has been here to clean up the pool
• A few fire hose doors sustained damage
• All but two exit signs have been destroyed and will need replaced
• The lobby windows and doors have been professionally cleaned inside and out
• The lobby did take in some water and the tile floor will be professionally cleaned
• The glass railings will need to be cleaned professionally to remove the debris
• The south side palm trees took a beating and some of the foliage is damaged and losing leaves
• Riverside Terrace sign in front is damaged
