Discussion and Vote of Board in regards to Adopting 2017 Operating Budget:

• Discussion about unit 505, that is now owned by the bank and the bank is responsible for all maintenance and special assessments while they are the owner. We did have to write off a large amount when the bank completed its foreclosure, as the bank only owes 12 months of maintenance of 1% of the original mortgage on any past due amount, whichever is lower. Motion made by Barbara Ellis to approve the budget as proposed. Seconded by Pierre Forget. All in Favor: Tom Cassidy, Perre Forget, Dan Creedon, Dennis Rosenfeld, Sharon Dowling, Barbara Rowbotham, Barbara Ellis. All Opposed: None.
