The notice of Board meeting was posted & emailed on 4/14/2016.

Motion made by Pierre Forget to waive the reading of the 3/31/2016 Minutes and approve. Seconded by Dennis Rosenfeld. All in Favor: Dan Creedon, Sharon Dowling, Barbara Ellis, Pierre Forget, Dennis Rosenfeld, Barbara Rowbotham. All Opposed: None.
 
Officer Reports:

• Requested proposals provided to Dennis Rosenfeld for the following:
1. Alumna Pro-fencing along west side of the garage
2. Don’s Plumbing to relocate gas line for the BBQ grill
3. Jones Awnings for awing over BBQ grill and second awning in grass area
4. PLA Electric – install new dock lights remove and replace lobby chandelier with fixture supplied by the association, run new line to roadside sign for light
5. GRGG, LLC – lobby painting, pool bathroom demo and remodel, cabinet for lobby fire panels
6. Oracle Elevator & Mowrey Elevator – maintenance contracts for Hall and Cab Door equipment upgrade
7. Atlantic Southern Paving – Mill and Pave
• Motion made by Dennis Rosenfeld to get a proposal from Thyssen Krupp to replace the elevator door parts. Seconded by Pierre Forget. All in favor: Tom Cassidy, Dan Creedon, Sharon Dowling, Barbara Ellis, Pierre Forget, Dennis Rosenfeld, Barbara Rowbothem. All opposed: None.
• Motion made by Pierre Forget to run a camera through the roof drain and garage drain. Seconded by Dennis Rosenfeld. All in favor: Tom Cassidy, Dan Creedon, Sharon Dowling, Barbara Ellis, Pierre Forget, Dennis Rosenfeld, Barbara Rowbothem. All opposed: None.

Construction Updates:

• City of Pompano Beach permits final inspection approved on April 13th.
• Approved payment application 17 for retention ($57,362.17) submitted to the association on April 19, 2016.
• TRC requested close-out meeting to provide final documentation and warranties-pending an approved date from the board. Draft copies of all warranties and final releases of lien provided to the board April 20, 2016.
• Association has requested that TRC conduct a final review of payment application 17.
• All documentation has been provided to Lee Burg at Becker & Poliakoff for final review.
• Dennis Rosenfeld is coordinating the painting of the exterior doors. Dates pending.

• Committee formed for Rule Revisions for Contractor Access: Kathy Jabusch, Betty Michael, Dave Carroll, Sharon Dowling, Barb Rowbothem. Committee will be chaired by Sharon Dowling.
