Board Meeting Minutes

Certifying of Quorum & Call to Order:
At 4:16 PM on March 3, 2016 , Dan Creedon called the meeting to order and roll was taken:
 
Present for the Board:

  • Dan Creedon, President
  • Pierre Forget, V President (phone)
  • Dennis Rosenfeld, V President (phone)
  • Barbara Rowbothem, Secretary
  • Barbara Ellis, Assistant Secretary
  • Sharon Dowling, Director (phone)

Absent for the Board:

  • Tom Cassidy, Treasurer

Also Present:

  • Lorri Hill – Royal Management

Barbara Rowbotham and Lorri Hill began to record the minutes

The notice of Board meeting was posted & emailed on 2/23/2016.

Motion made by Barbara Ellis to waive the reading of the 2/4/2016 Minutes and approve. Seconded by Pierre Forget. All in Favor: Dan Creedon, Sharon Dowling, Barbara Ellis, Pierre Forget, Dennis Rosenfeld, Barbara Rowbotham. All Opposed: None.
 
Officer Reports:

  • Sharon Dowling is investigating glass cleaning companies for catwalks.
  • Dan Creedon welcomes Barbara Rowbotham to the board!
  • Pierre Forget will be returning on Sunday.
  • Dennis Rosenfeld walked the catwalks with TDC and provided a punchlist. TDC is going to propose a solution for the catwalk edge.
  • Dennis Rosenfeld installed 2 LED bulbs between 703 & 704 as a test.
  • Proposals being sought for Lobby: Doors, Tile, Fixtures, Painting and Repair of Damage & paint window frames. The lobby ceiling was repaired years ago, this damage is old damage.

Construction Updates:

  • Railing delivery expected 3/3 or 3/4.
  • Restore is requesting final inspection next week.
  • Ordered 10 gallons of paint from Sherwin Williams for TDC.

Old Business:

  • None.

New Business:

  • Next meeting would have been 3/17 (St Patricks Day), the next meeting will be moved to 3/31/2016.
  • Advanced Air is providing pricing for replacement of AC in social room and storage. Will also provide pricing for Owner individual A/C unit replacement.
  • Management to email a copy of the punchlist to the board.
  • Notify Advanced that pool light is not working.
  • Owner of 202 objects to the architectural plan putting tables and seating in the area under his unit/patio.
  • Second floor stairwell handle does not work-George to check all doors.
