Certifying of Quorum & Call to Order:
At 2:35 PM on December 17, 2015, Dan Creedon called the meeting to order and roll was taken:

Absent for the Board:

• None.

Also Present:

• Lorri Hill – Royal Management

Lorri Hill began to record the minutes.
 
Motion made by Barbara Ellis to waive the reading of the 11/19/15 & 12/3/15 and approve. Seconded by Barbara McCall. All in Favor: Dan Creedo, Barbara McCall, Dennis Rosenfeld, Barbara Ellis, Sharon Dowling, Tom Cassidy. All Opposed: None.
 
The notice of Board meeting was posted & emailed on 12/15/2015.
 

Officer Reports:

• Tom Cassidy is speaking with Advanced Roofing about roofing materials
• Dennis Rosenfeld & Pierre Forget will meet with Advanced
• Will be looking at financing options for the roof
• Dennis Rosenfeld is coordinating the elevator pit
• PLA is continuing on the list
• Anthony’s filled in the sink hole by the BBQ

Construction Updates:

• Pre-installation meeting Monday with TRC, Restore & Railings Plus
• Installation to start Tuesday
• The glass is in route from Columbia due into port next week
• Installation will begin at the 8th floor and work down
• Material is currently on every floor
• Dennis Rosenfeld had 2 security companies come to evaluate for FOBs & Camera System
• Email to be sent to owners to clear out storage rooms while here for the season

Old Business:

• None.

New Business:

• City of Pompano Beach possibly will require inspections prior to rental of units
• Thank you to Sharon Dowling for the lobby poinsettias
