At 4:04 PM on October 22, 2015, Dan Creedon called the meeting to order and roll was taken:

Proof of Notice of Meeting: The notice of Board meeting was posted & emailed
on 8/25/2015.

Motion made by Sharon Dowling to waive the reading of the 10/08/2015 minutes and approve. Seconded by Barbara Ellis. All in Favor: Dan Creedon, Pierre Forget, Dennis Rosenfeld, Barbara McCall, Tom Cassidy, Sharon Dowling, Barbara Ellis. All Opposed: None.
 

Officer Reports:

• Rails cored
• Carport Canopy installed
• Tile is progressing, all recessed doors are completed, except 2
• Tile Baseboard installation is progressing
• Several doors will need to be trimmed
• Board members will be in town: Dennis 11/3; Pierre 11/3; Sharon 12/20; Dan sometime in Dec.

Construction Updates:

• Core drilling to start next week on east rails.
• Installation of aluminum rails (minus the glass) to be completed by Thanksgiving.
• Glass will be ordered after east side rails are installed (4-5 weeks for glass).
• Expect east side rails to be completed by January 1, 2016.
• Proposal for total re-coat and repair of pool-6 inch area in deep end.
• Hairline crack at the south end of the dock to be addressed by A&B Dock, Dennis Rosenfeld will address.
• Certified Letter to be sent to Aloha Arms -Dumpster next door is too close to the street and obstructs view.

Old Business:

• Thank you to Tom Cassidy for his assistance with the cable line installation and his efforts with the tile installation have been instrumental.
• Preliminary design from Randy Hollingsworth providing a blueprint for whole property was received by Dennis Rosenfeld.
• Area between pool and seawall will be decking to be installed by A&B Dock, will be level at the pool, then 1 step down to seawall.

New Business:

• Pick up “No Trespassing” signs.
• Don Schutt is recovering from a fall, the board discussed and approved sending a get well gift.
