Tom Cassidy began to record the minutes.

The notice of Recurring Board meeting was posted on 11/12/2014 by Royale Management.

Motion made by Barb Ellis to waive the reading of the 2/26/2015 and approve. Seconded by Barb McCall. All in Favor: Dan Creedon, Pierre Forget, Barb McCall, Dennis Rosenfeld, Barb Ellis, Sharon Dowling, Tom Cassidy. All Opposed: None.

Officer Reports:

• Tom Robinson is now out of ICU and in a regular room.
• Bea Palmer has passed away on 3/12/2015.

Construction Updates:

• Sliding Glass Doors: 301/401 In progress, to be finalized next week 3/23 City Inspector, 601/701 Completed, permits are closed
• South & Center tower completed, working on North tower.
• Catwalks surface repairs complete.
• Minor ceiling repairs to the catwalks are ongoing.
• The building has 2 coats of paint, plus primer & finish.
• Sharon Dowling noted that you can see all repairs completed. Mark Udvardy stated that patch areas are affected by light reflection, additional paint will not help.
• TRC’s initial review of east rails is favorable; TRC requested to speak to the railing testing engineer, expected to be approved.
• Catwalks: looking to pump in concrete overlay. There are 2 mock ups of topping slab: 701 – more expensive topping slab; 301 – less expensive topping slab. Mark Udvardy is investigating a mid range topping slab option.
• Motion made by Barb McCall to have the design committee select several types of tile for the catwalks to present to the board. Seconded by Sharon Dowling. All in Favor: Dan Creedon, Pierre Forget, Barb McCall, Dennis Rosenfeld, Sharon Dowling, Tom Cassidy. All Opposed: Barb Ellis. Barb Ellis will provide the name of a contractor who may be able to do the job to the design committee. Tile installation would preceded railing installation.
• Screen Enclosures: Screws on west elevation screen enclosures to be the same color as the enclosure. Motion made by Dennis Rosenfeld to select option 4 for screen enclosure. Seconded by Barb McCall. All in Favor: Dan Creedon, Pierre Forget, Barb McCall, Dennis Rosenfeld, Barb Ellis, Sharon Dowling, Tom Cassidy. All Opposed: None
