Call to Order

The Board of Directors Organizational Meeting was called to order by Manager Bonita Vandall at 2:58 p.m.

Board members present were Sharon Dowling, Joseph Dembek, Rik Shafer, Peter Tedone.

Proof of Notice of Meeting or Affidavit of Notice

The Proof of Notice affidavit was signed by Manager, Bonita Vandall.

Approval of Prior Board Meeting Minutes

There were no minutes requiring approval.

Board Member Elections

By proper motion by Sharon Dowling, it was moved to approve the following slate of officers: seconded by Peter Tedone it was unanimously approved.

Board Certification Forms/Educational Requirements

Board members were advised to take the 4 hour Board Certification classes if they have not been done yet and to complete the Board Certification Form from the DBPR for condominium association board members.
