Proof of Notice of Meeting

The Notice and Agenda was confirmed by email to all owners and placed on the bulletin board. An affidavit of email to all owners is on file.

Results of Vote

By proper motion by Sharon Dowling, seconded by Peter Tedone, the amendments to the Declaration, Articles, and By-Laws governing future amendments to the governing documents are adopted in accordance with the full text of the proposed amendments presented to the membership by a vote of 35 yes, 2 no and 1 failure to vote the proxy requiring an affirmative vote of 75% (31) of the entire membership of the association.

It was reported that the association’s attorney will have the approved amendments recorded.
