A quorum of 32 present in person, by proxy or by zoom. Bonita Vandall began to record the minutes.

Proof of Notice of Meeting
Proof of notice of the meeting was confirmed by email to the owners and posted on the bulletin board.

Vote to Reallocate Reserve Funds

An owner vote is required to reallocate reserve funds. By proper motion by Michael Bisaha, seconded by Peter Tedone it was unanimously approved to accept the vote of the membership of 32 yes to 0 no to move the excess funds in the generator reserve account to the new reserve account for building safety to fund the concrete project.
