Certifying of Quorum & Call to Order
Meeting called to order by Sharon Dowling at 5:17pm at the Riverside Terrace Social Room.

Angie Prieto of JK Property Management began to record the minutes.

Proof of Notice of Meeting
The notice of the board meeting was posted and emailed on November 15, 2019.

Reading and Approval of the Previous Meeting Minutes
Motion to waive the reading of the minutes and approve the minutes from October 21, 2019 made by Dan Creedon. Motion was seconded by Barbara Ellis. Motion passed.

Old Business
New Building Sign
There was push back on having the blue waves on the new sign.  The decision was made to go with just a plain black and white sign like we have now.  The new sign will put more emphasis on the 615 portion of the sign. Motion to approve the new Riverside Terrace sign quoted by Testa Signs was made by Peter Tedone.  The motion was seconded by Barbara Ellis.  The motion passed. Rik Shafer will place the order for the sign and continue the follow-up.  Thank you, Rick, for all the work you have done on this project.

Roof Skylights
The skylights have been replaced.  One might be leaking and it needs to be checked.

Paving Project
The paving project seems to have stalled.  It’s time to put a push on this project.  We would like to begin the paving late April to early May.

Handyman List
Our handyman projects and the list of projects seems to have stalled.  It’s time to put a push on these things.

Owner Questions
Bill Todd asked if the unit windows are covered by the building insurance.  Our insurance agent will be contacted for the answer to this question.
