Certifying of Quorum & Call to Order
Meeting called to order by Sharon Dowling at 5:02pm at the Riverside Terrace Social Room.

Angie Prieto of JK Property Management began to record the minutes.

Proof of Notice of Meeting
The notice was emailed and posted on November 7, 2019.

Budget
The owner majority voted to not fund the generator reserves in 2020 understanding that we most likely have more reserved than will be needed if a new generator is purchased in the future.  Motion to approve the 2020 budget resulting in a quarterly fee of $1629 was made by Dan Creedon and seconded by Barbara Ellis.  Motion passed.

Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Anna Enrico. Motion was seconded by Mike Bisaha. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 5:15pm.
