Certifying of Quorum & Call to Order

Meeting called to order at 10:01am on October 25, 2018 by Barbara Rowbotham at the Riverside Terrace Social Room.

Rick Goldfarb of JK Property Management began to record the minutes.

Proof of Notice of Meeting

The notice of the board meeting was posted on October 23, 2018.

Reading and Approval of the Previous Meeting Minutes

Dan Creedon made a motion to bypass reading the prior meeting minutes and accept them as written. Barbara Ellis seconded the motion. All in favor.

New Business

Fill a Board Vacancy

Dan Creedon made a motion to accept the resignation of Tom Cassidy Seconded by Barbara Rowbotham. All in favor.

Barbara Ellis made a motion to appoint Pierre Forget to be on the board for the remainder of the year. Barbara Rowbotham seconded. All in favor. Pierre Forget accepted the nomination.

Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Barbara Ellis. Seconded by Dan Creedon. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 10:07am.

Open Forum

Board want to be sure the management has the correct email addresses for the community. JK Property Management sends out email blasts and still some units do not get the blast.

An email blast needs to be sent out before every meeting.
