The meeting was called to order at 2:07PM. A quorum of the association was established with 25 members being present.

Daniel Creedon motioned to nominate Barbara Rowbotham as the chairman of the meeting. Sharon Dowling seconded the motion. Barbara accepted to chair the meeting.

The previous meeting minutes were read by Barbara Ellis.

Sharon Dowling motioned to approve the previous annual meeting minutes. Tom Cassidy seconded the motion. Approved unanimously.

Barbara addressed and discussed old business.

Barbara Ellis motioned to table the House Rule updates with the expectation to have a rules BOD meeting in the next two weeks. Tom Cassidy seconded the motion. Approved unanimously.

Tom Cassidy presented the security system proposals from ESRM to the association. ESRM also was present at the meeting to give a presentation of the system itself.

Barbara Ellis motioned to proceed with the investigation of an updated security system. Sharon Dowling seconded the motion. Approved unanimously.

Barbara Ellis motioned to adjourn the meeting at 3:23PM. Daniel Creedon seconded the motion. Approved unanimously.
