Also Present:

• Lorri Hill – Royal Management

Lorri Hill began to record the minutes.

Proof of Notice of Meeting: The notice of Board meeting was posted & emailed
on 8/25/2015.

Motion made by Barbara McCall to waive the reading of the 11/5/2015 Minutes and approve. Seconded by Barbara Ellis. All in Favor: Dan Creedon, Pierre Forget, Dennis Rosenfeld, Barbara McCall, Tom Cassidy, Sharon Dowling, Barbara Ellis. All Opposed: None.
 

Officer Reports:

• Tom Cassidy reports that TDC has completed the sloping of the tile on all floors and will insure there is no pooling on the catwalks when they are finished and after the rails are installed. Weather permitting, installation of tile on social room patio to begin Monday.
• Dennis Rosenfeld reports that the landscaping is completed between the seawall and pool.
• Barbara Ellis reports that ropes from the roof to the 2nd floor are being pulled up to the 2nd floor.

Construction Updates:

• Railing core drilling is ongoing, still on schedule for 12/31/15.
• Inspection completed on 01/02 screen enclosures.

Old Business:

• Delivery of railings anticipated week of 12/07/15 & glass after 1st of year.

New Business:

• Comcast: Ask about bundled service including internet.
• Dennis Rosenfeld is meeting with Advanced Roofing on Tuesday 12/01/15.
• A letter needs to be sent to all owners regarding keys to contractors.
