Board Meeting Minutes

September 10, 2015

Certifying of Quorum & Call to Order:
At 4:18 PM on September 10, 2015, Dan Creedon called the meeting to order and roll was taken:
 
Present for the Board:

  • Barbara Ellis, Director
  • Sharon Dowling, Director (phone)

Absent for the Board:

  • Barbara McCall, Treasurer

Also Present:

  • Lorri Hill, Royale Management

Lorri Hill, Royale Management, began to record the minutes.

The notice of Board meeting was posted on 8/25/2015.

Motion made by Pierre Forget to waive the reading of the 8/27/2015 minutes and approve. Seconded by Barbara Ellis. All in Favor: Dan Creedon, Pierre Forget, Dennis Rosenfeld, Tom Cassidy, Sharon Dowling, Barbara Ellis. All Opposed: None.
 

Officer Reports:

  • Tom Cassidy reports that John from TDC is expecting the permit early next week.
  • George completed 22 storage, bathroom and social room doors.
  • Dennis Rosenfeld requested that George remove the awning frame as soon as possible.
  • Jones Awning to refurbish awning frame, paint and reinstall in garage over parking space 504.
  • Pool Awning-remove all electrical components from pool awning, Jones Awning to install awning.
  • Barbara Ellis, Pierre Forget and Dennis Rosenfeld met with Randy Hollingsworth (landscape architect) and forwarded the signed contract to him on 9/8/2015.

Construction Updates:

  • Anticipate moving to 05-06 stack early to mid next week
  • East railing permit-email from Mark at Restore: “Lorri, As we discussed earlier today, Chris was going to the city to inquire about the status of east rail permit submittal. It was found that when re submitted on the 28th the intake clerk had put it in the system incorrectly and was missing pages of the package. They were very apologetic and corrected the issues promptly, and promised to push it thru. I’ll be checking daily for any progress. Mark G. Udvardy”.
  • Notice to Owners who have satellite service on roof, combined with notice of recessed door tile removal: keep existing tile or have new tile installed to match catwalk.

Old Business:

  • Roof: Meeting with Advanced Roofing on 9/28/2015

New Business:

  • Date to jet A/C stack
  • Weather Stripping on stairwell entry doors
