The sea wall repair is completed and has passed inspection. AB Dock & Deck Inc., did an excellent job. The rope and lighting selections for the posts will be decided at a later time.

There is about a 7″ gap now between the sea wall dock and the existing pavers around the pool area. Quotes have been requested for a landscape designer to come up with a solution in the area between the pavers and the sea wall dock as well as landscaping improvements for the entire area. The landscape improvements will be done in phases with the pool/dock area being the first priority.
