Lorri Hill, Royale Management, began to record the minutes.

The notice of Recurring Board meeting was posted on 11/12/2014 by Royale Management.

Motion made by Barbara Ellis to waive the reading of the 4/9/2015 minutes and approve. Seconded by Pierre Forget. All in Favor: Dan Creedon, Pierre Forget, Dennis Rosenfeld, Barbara Ellis, Sharon Dowling. All Opposed: None.

Construction Updates:

• Get shop drawing of West Elevation Screen Enclosure – Including return
• Paint anticipated at Windsor Metal 1st week of May
• East Elevation Railing is in Permitting
• Need to order Cuppola Yellow for Stairwell Doors and stripper
• Need to get sample of Kynar White for Sherwin Williams to do a color match
